1. Overview Our online booking system allows students to reserve classes, private lessons, and events conveniently from any device. This policy explains how to book, modify, cancel, or join waitlists for sessions booked online. By scheduling or attending classes through our system, you agree to comply with the guidelines below. 2. Booking Classes Online 2.1 Who Can Book Active members (with current monthly or family memberships) may book group classes, add-on sessions, or private lessons online. Trial participants may book their free class once through the “Try a Free Class” form or link on our website. 2.2 How to Book Visit www.shireikai.com or use the booking link provided in your confirmation email. Log in or create your student account. Select your class Choose your date/time and confirm your spot. You will receive a confirmation email once booked. 2.3 Booking Limits Group Classes: Members may reserve up to two weeks in advance. Private Lessons: May be booked up to one month in advance. Seminars or Events: Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 2.4 Attendance Commitment Please only reserve classes you plan to attend so that all students have fair access to training. Repeated no-shows may temporarily limit your online booking privileges. 3. Cancellations We understand that life happens! However, advance notice helps us maintain smooth operations and fairness to all students. 3.1 Cancellation Deadlines Group Classes: Cancel at least 4 hours before class to avoid being marked as a “late cancel.” Private Lessons: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Seminars & Events: Refunds or credits available only if canceled 48 hours before the event start time. 3.2 How to Cancel Log in to your account on the booking page. Go to “My Schedule” or “Bookings.” Click Cancel next to the class or lesson you wish to remove. You will receive a confirmation email when successfully canceled. 3.3 Late Cancellations & No-Shows Group Classes: Two or more late cancellations/no-shows per month may result in limited booking access. Private Lessons: Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee unless due to an emergency.
